提高3Cr2W8V钢热压模具寿命的研究

摘    要:本文根据小吨位摩擦压力机用3Cr2W8V 钢制热压板手模具的失效形式,研究了经高温淬火及氧氮化、氧碳氮硫硼五元共渗化学热处理对组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经1140℃高温淬火和五元共渗后,模具可获得理想的金相组织,并具有优越的机械性能和耐磨性能,使用寿命大幅度提高。

Abstract:According to mainly failure kind of hot stamping dies of spanner made of 3Cr2W8V steel used in small tonnage screw press,this paper deals with the influence of high temperature quenching and oxynitriding,O-C-N-S-B penta- atomic cementation chemical heat treatment oa the structures and properties. The results show that the ideal microstructure,superior mechanical properties and wear resistance can be obtained when the die is treated with high tempe rature quenching plus O-C-N-S-B penta-atomic cementation.The die's servi- ce life might be improved within a wide range.
