冷轧带钢在线磨辊微机控制理论与实验研究

摘    要:对在线磨辊微机控制进行了初步研究,分析了在线磨辊的速度特性,采用阶梯直线逼近连续变化速度曲线的方法,确定了在线磨辊微机控制的数学模型,建立了在线磨辊横移速度的闭环控制系统,为实现在线磨辊高精度的控制提供了重要参考.

Abstract:Computer control is studied preliminarily for on - line roll grinding. Characteristic of speed about on - line roll grinding is analyzed. A mathematical model is developed with ladder approximation applied to the continuous speed curve. The mathematical model of computer - controlled on - line roll grinding is made sure. Closed loop controlled system of across - velocity is set up for on - line roll grinding. Important reference is provided for high precision controlled system of on - line roll grinding.
