| 摘 要： | 针对供应商评价中单纯由主观判断确定指标权重的不足,提出一种定性评价和定量分析相结合的新评价方法。该方法先用层次分析法把定性指标定量化,然后用熵权系数法来确定评价指标的权重系数,进而将灰色关联分析与熵权系数综合集成进行合理方案的评价,通过示例表明该方法能有效地进行供应商评价。

| Abstract: | To avoid deficiency of the method which decides index weights according to subjective opinion in the course of the evaluation of vendor,a new approach combining qualitative evaluation and quantitative analysis is proposed.The qualitative indicators are firstly quantized with analytic hierarchy process,then the weight coefficients are given by means of entropy coefficient.At last,grey incidence analysis and entropy coefficient are integrated to assess vendors.The proposed method is proved to be valid with an example. |
