混堆模式下集装箱堆场贝位分配问题研究

摘    要:针对集装箱码头堆场的堆存原则,提出一种混合堆存策略,使得进/出口集装箱可以混合堆存在同一箱区内,同时又避免过分集中。在此基础上建立基于此混合堆存模式下以箱区间作业量平衡为目标的滚动计划混合整数数学模型,并采用Cplex对模型进行求解,得出各阶段进场集装箱的空间分配方案以及混堆模式中进出口集装箱贝位的最优比例关系。实例表明该混合堆存策略的合理性。

Abstract:According to the principle of stockpiling for container terminals, a hybrid stack mode is introduced, which makes the import/export containers mixed stored in the same block and also avoids excessive concentration. On the basis of this, a mixed integer-programming model is formulated to reduce the unbalancedness of the working load between the blocks. This model is solved by using CPLEX. Experimental results show that the proposed method can generate excellent results within a reasonable time and the hybrid stack mode is reasonable.
