| 摘 要： | 大规格（公称直径Φ＞25mm)英标BS G460钢筋的生产难度大，性能合格率低，采用微合金化冶炼工艺和轧后余热处理工艺相结合开发了BS G460大规格钢筋，分析了生产钢筋的质量情况，提出了严格控制碳当量，提高钢的纯度和钢筋表面质量等相应的改进措施。

Exploitation of BS G460 microalloyed steel large norms reinforced bas |

| Abstract: | The G460 large norms reinforced steel bar (nominal diameter>25 mm) according to British standards' production is very difficulty, and its qualified rate of function is low. The smelting technology of microalloying process and the post heat treatment after rolling are united to produce the G460 large norms reinforced steel bar. The quality of the reinforced bar has been analyzed. The strict control carbon equivalent and improvement the purity of steel and the surface quality of reinforced bar etc are pointed out to reduce existing problem. |
