冷轧基料压氧缺陷的形成与控制

摘    要:针对马钢采用热轧CSP方式生产冷轧基料过程中出现的压氧缺陷,根据Parsytec表面质量检测系统的检测结果,结合现场试验及加热、轧制、除磷等理论,确定缺陷的种类及形成原因。将压氧缺陷分成4大类16种,分别为一次压氧、炉内压氧、二次压氧及三次压氧。针对不同种类的压氧缺陷提出相应的控制措施,消除了9种压氧缺陷,7种压氧缺陷得到减轻或有效控制,提高了热轧带钢表面质量,减少了冷轧产品原料缺陷。

Abstract:For pressure oxidation defects of cold rolling raw material during CSP in Ma’anshan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd.,according to field trials and theories such as heating,rolling,phosphorus removal,the types and causes of pressure oxidation defects are confirmed based on the data detected with Parsytec surface quality infection system.The pressure oxidation defects are divided into 4 major categories of 16 kinds,which are roll-in primary scale,the furnace scale,roll-in secondary scale,roll-in third scale pressure oxidation,respectively.Corresponding regulatory measurements are carried out according to different kinds of pressure oxidation defects.9 kinds of pressure oxidation defects are eliminated,and 7 kinds of pressure oxidation defects are alleviated or effectively controlled,the surface quantity of hot rolling strip steel is improved,and raw material defects of cold rolling products are reduced.
