从烟秆制浆废液中提取烟碱及增浓

本文对烟秆制浆放气和废液中的烟碱分布、影响因素及增浓进行了研究。结果表明，烟碱主要存在于烟秆蒸煮的“大放气”及“小放气”中，且初始浓度高，逐渐降低，而蒸煮黑液中不含烟碱。大放气中的烟碱含量受制浆方法和用碱量的影响：蒸煮用碱的碱性越强，用碱量越多，黑液的ｐＨ值越高，提取的用碱量就越多，对含烟碱的冷凝液在酸性或中性条件下蒸馏或利用蒸煮大放气的二次蒸汽气提，均可起到增浓作用。

EXTRACTING AND THICKENING THE NICOTIANE FROM PULPING WASTE LIQUOR

his paper describes the investigation of the nicotiane distribution inthe relief and waste liquor of pulping tobacco stalks. Its influencing factors andthickening are also detailed. It is shown that nicotiane exists primarily inthe releif and final relief.The density decrases from the beinning.There is nonicotiane in the black pulping liquor.The content of nicotiane in the final reli-ef is affected by the pulping method and the ratio of active chemical in the stalk.The stronger the caustic in the pulping is and the more the active chemicals is,the higher the PH value of the black liquor becomes and the sore the nicotiane iseXtracted. Tne condensate containing of nicotiane is distilled at acid or nutralcondition.It can be also stripped by secondary steam in the final relief.There-fore the nicotiane density is increased.
