| 摘 要： | 本文对具有三角阻尼槽的平面配流摩擦副的静压支承油膜进行了理论分析和实验研究。并分析了油膜的静态和动态特性。还实测了摩擦副间形成的静态和动态油膜厚度,并与解析解和数值计算解进行比较,获得了很好的吻合。通过在不同压力和油温条件下的实验,分析了供油压力和供油温度不同时对油膜产生的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the theoretical analysis and experimental results of the hydrostatic bearing of the valve plate friction pair with triangular throttling groove. The static and dynamic characteristics of the oil film have been analysed. The measured thickness of oil film was compared with the analytical and numerical solutions and obtained consistency. Through the experiment under different pressure and temperature, the influences of the supplied pressure and temperature to the oil film are obtained.This paper may be useful for the design of the hydraulic bearing of the distributor for the axial piston pumps. |
