大型风力发电机组变桨距机构分析与实验研究

摘    要:旨在确定变桨距机构的结构形式,通过精炼设计校核变桨距机构的技术参数,论证变桨距机构的合理性,确保兆瓦级风力发电机组在60 m高空稳定工作.通过不同的变桨距机构方案的对比,找出各种变桨距机构的优缺点,完成兆瓦级风力发电机组变桨距结构的确定;利用数值算法进行变桨距机构参数的精炼设计;利用实验装置验证变桨距机构的合理性.最终,兆瓦级风力发电机组采用了液压变桨距结构形式,由数值算法给出了液压变桨距结构的最大负载力矩;并利用实验装置验证完成了在地面上的变桨距机构的调试工作,证明了变桨距机构在额定工况下能正常工作.在兆瓦级风力发电机组的调试过程中变桨距机构工作正常、稳定,达到了预期设计的目标.

Abstract:The research is to determine the pitch-regulated mechanism of a large wind turbine,check the technical parameters of pitch-regulated mechanism by refine design,and demonstrate the rationality of pitch-regulated mechanism,which will ensure the stable operation of the wind turbine on the tower of 60 meters.The different pitch-regulated mechanisms were compared to determine their advantages and shortcomings and select the best mechanism.The refine design for the technical parameters of pitch-regulated mechanism was done by numerical analysis method.The rationality of pitch-regulated mechanism was demonstrated by experiments.At last,a hydraulic pitch-regulated mechanism was selected for the megawatt wind turbine.The maximum load moment of pitch-regulated mechanism was given by numerical analysis method,and the regulation and test on the ground were carried out.The pitch-regulated mechanism operates normally under rated condition and the desired results have been achieved.
