反求工程中的数据预处理和建模技术

反求工程是从实物样件经重新设计得到产品模型的过程．在构建曲面模型过程中．采用三坐标测量机获取三维离散数据“点云”．用Surfacer软件对“点云”进行预处理和曲面重构,并按分割后的“点云”进行建模．最后给出了建模实例．

Data pre-processing and modeling in reverse engineering

The soul of Reverse Engineering is not copy prototype but an innovative design based on Reverse Engineering.Reverse Engineering is such a process that gets production from prototype.Now,the measurement principle of RE can be divided into three kinds.The data that we measured is "Point Cloud".If we want the surface that we get is slick and its precision also is satisfied,we must continue the date pre-processing.There are several kinds of data preprocessing methods,We should choice different method according to different "Point Cloud".After that,we can choose proper modeling method,and then,get the satisfied surface.With the methods of the data reprocessing and modeling technology,the modeling example is presented inthis paper.
