基于AVR单片机的温度测量与控制系统设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于AVR单片机控制,采用DS18B20传感器采集温度,PN结传感器控制温度与MOS管控制电热丝加热的恒温控制系统。并详细介绍了系统硬件电路的选取及系统软件的实现,主要包括实现系统温度信号的采集、控制及显示等。验证实验结果显示:所设计的恒温控制系统,其控制精度达±0.1℃,温度分辨率达0.06℃,且稳定性较好。

Abstract:Designs an AVR-based constant temperature controlling system which collecting temperature by DS18B20 sensor,monitoring temperature by PN junction diode and controlling electrothermal wire heating by MOS transistor switch.Introduces the selection of system hardware circuit and the realization of system software,including the temperature signal collection,PID control and display,etc.The experimental results show that the proposed system has controlling accuracy of ±0.1℃,temperature resolution of 0.06℃ and well stability.
