论“入世”对中国法律文化现代化的促进意义

“入世”将加速中国法律文化的现代化。从法律文化的表层结构来说 ,加入WTO ,中国必须一揽子接受其法律原则 ,通过立、改、废来达到与WTO法律原则一致 ;从法律文化的深层结构来说 ,“入世”之后 ,将对中国法律思维产生重大影响 ,将逐渐排除中国人畏法、远法的心理 ,而不断培养起崇法、依法的心理

The Promoting Significance of “Entry to WTO” to Chinese Legal Culture's Modernization

It will accelerate the legal culture's modernization after China has the membership of WTO.In the eyes of the top layer structure of legal culture,China must comprehensively accept the legal principles and remain unanious with those countries by legislating ,revising some of the law and abolishing some of the law.In the eyes of the deep structure of it,the"Entry to WTO"will exert a great influence on the Chinese legal thought,remove people's psychology of "fear of the law","keeping away from the law"and continuously cultivate the psychology of "advocating the law"and "acting on the law".
