摘    要:从不同的角度分析堆焊金属出现裂纹的形成机理。为避免裂纹的产生,应考虑改变沉淀相的溶解状态、晶粒度、氢的聚集以及接头脆性。研究了一些高、中硬度耐磨焊条的抗裂情况,为耐磨堆焊的设计和研究,提供了一定的参考依据。

Abstract:It is common that heap soldering metal has cracks. The paper analyzes the principle of their formation from different angles. In order to reduce cracks we consider changing the solubility and grain degree of the sedimentation, phase,hydrogen polymerization and joint embrittlement. In the end we enumerate the studied cases of crack resistance of some high and medium hardness abrasion electrodes , which provides reference for the design and research of abrasion heap soldering.
