| 摘 要： | 高职教育与普通高教各有所长，以培养高层次应用型人才为特色；高职教育的本质特征使其可以适应终身教育的需求，在终身教育中发挥重要作用；面对知识经济时代的到来，高职教育将是在职劳动者接受继续教育的最佳选择；劳动者可以通过接受高职教育享受高等教育的权利，成为高层次技术型、应用型人才。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education and higher education have their own advantages. The characteristics of higher vocational education is to train high level applied talents, its essence and feature is adapted to the needs of life-long education and plays an important part in it. Facing the coming epoch of knowledge economy, higher vocational education will be the best choice for inservice laborers to accept the continuing education. The laborers can enjoy the rights of higher education and become higher level technical and applied talents. |
