| 摘 要： | 首先对电子商务的发展及其安全问题进行了概述 ;就此引出了世界各国及各组织为解决安全问题在法制建设上所做的努力 ;然后通过与美国、新加坡的立法比较 ,分析了中国电子商务安全立法的状况 ,针对这一状况 ,提出了完善我国电子商务立法的对策

On the Law Environment of Electronic Commerce Safety |

| Abstract: | First the article summarizes the development and safety problems of electronic commerce,and then draws out the endeavor of countries and organizations all over the world in law building.By comparing with the lawmaking in America and Singapore, the article analyzes the safety lawmaking state of our country and brings forward some countermeasures. |
