隐性课程视角下高校德育课程建设初探

摘    要:长久以来,我国高校德育一直都以显性教育方式为主导。但随着人们对当代高校德育发展和大学生思想品德发展的要求日益提高,仅仅依靠德育课程等显性德育方式显然是不够的,还必须运用除此之外的多种因素对学生施加德育影响,以提高德育教育的实效性。从目前我国高校德育课程的实施现状出发,在分析了隐性德育课程的内涵、特征及其构成要素的基础上,尝试性的对隐性德育课程的设计和建设提出了一点意见和建议,以期能为今后更好地开展和实施隐性德育课程提供参考。

Abstract:For a long time,moral education in China has been using the explicite education as the dominant way.But people has set a higher requirement to the development of moral education in high school and the ideological and moral development of college students.In this case,moral education courses alone is clearly not enough;we must use a variety of factors in addition to exert moral influence on students in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education.Based on the current situation of college hidden moral education,through summarizing and analyzing the meaning,feature and elements of hidden moral education,this article provides some proposals tentatively on how to design and construct it, aiming to provide references to the further scientific and reasonable development and implementation of hidden moral education.
