| 摘 要： | 抓好过程控制是提高企业效益的基础。中国石化股份有限公司胜利油田分公司清河采油厂在化工料管理过程精细日常管理,力求找准过程管理中的潜力点;精细加药方案,把握过程管理中的优化点;精细成本运行,实现过程管理中的增效点。化工料的精细化管理取得了显著效果,实现了工作流程中各节点的优化,提高了整体管理水平。

| Abstract: | A precise process control can help raise corporate revenue.Qinghe Oil Production Plant,an affiliate to Shengli Oil Field subsidiary of SINOPEC,has been trying to find a wedge into accurate process control by putting strict rules on chemicals management,refining chemical feeding plans and specifying on every detail of expenditures on process management.The sophisticated chemical management has been proved successful in optimizing links of work procedures and improving management standard as a whole. |
