和谐劳动关系的特征及构建路径

摘    要:和谐的劳动关键是企业得以发展的保证。它共有四个特点:一是企业和谐劳动关系是受劳动法律、法规、制度指引、协调、约束的规范关系;二是企业和谐劳动关系本质上是主体各方的利益关系;三是企业和谐劳动关系是主体各方围绕各自利益而博弈的关系;四是企业和谐劳动关系是主体各方互利共赢的互动关系。在实践中,要根据企业和谐劳动关系的特征,发展企业和谐劳动关系,要充分发挥法律法规的基础性、根本性和主导性作用,整合多方主体、多元机制、多种资源的积极功能。
