| Abstract: | Based on the recent four-year-example of the construction and practice of Department of Building and Construction of Shazhou Vocational College of Technology, the paper expounds that good identification culture helps to enhance students’ sense of belonging, create harmonies, improve the core competitiveness, and play an important role in the process of shaping images outside and strengthening qualities inside. |
