| 摘 要： | 人才培养方案是人才培养目标与培养规格的具体化，直接关系到人才培养质量的高低。高职院校成人会计专科教育人才培养方案应在明确培养目标定位的基础上结合高职院校自身特点综合考虑成人自身需要及社会需求等进行构建。

| Abstract: | The Talents-cultivating Plan is the concretion of the goals and standards of talents development, which has a great impact on the quality of participants to be trained. The construction of such a plan in the higher vocational colleges is to be conducted on the basis of the target orientation of talents cultivation and by integrating its own characteristics and considering the requirements of adults and the demands of society. |
