| Abstract: | The glycoform of glycoproteins such as ovalbumin and transferrin were well separated by using free-solution capillary electrophoresis with polyacrylamide-coated capillaries. The running buffers composed of boric acid and Tris or 2-amino-2-methyl-propanediol were found to be the best. THe optimum pH was 8.20 for ovalbumin and 3.2-5.0 for transterrin. |
