采油废水处理方法优化选择

摘    要:辽河油田曙光采油场采油废水经过破乳脱油后出水的CODcr仍有 6 0 0 0~ 70 0 0mg/L ,油含量为10 0~ 2 0 0mg/L ,SS为 30 0~ 40 0mg/L ,对该出水的处理采用两种方案 :(1)絮凝 ,二次絮凝 ,厌氧生化处理 ,好氧生化处理 ;(2 )絮凝 ,厌氧 ,好氧 ,后絮凝。结果显示方案 (2 )好于 (1) ,絮凝药剂节省 2 0 % ,出水CODcr (2 )为 (1)的 75 %(12 0mg/L)。在此基础上 ,对两种方案的出水进行了活性碳吸附处理 ,结果表明 ,CODcr小于 10 0mg/L ,油含量小于5mg/L ,优化后的方案已用于处理该废水

Abstract:The characteristic of the oil field wastewater was analyzed.The wastewater after deoil by emulsifying still contains 6 000 ~8 000 mg/L of CODcr and 200 ~300 mg/L of oil.The diffrent method was selected to treat the wastewater including flocculation,anaerobic biochemical treatment,aerobic biochemical treatment and adsorption with active carbon.Optimum sequence of the methods outlined above was selected.The optimum flow sheet is flocculation-anaerobic-aerobic-flocculation after aerobic-adsorption of active carbon. As a result CODcr can be decreased to less than 100 mg/L. Oil can be decreased to less than 5 mg/L.
