摘    要:研究了一种经羟醛缩合形成α,β?不饱和酮的合成方法。该反应在NaOH的催化作用下,使苯甲醛和丙酮在无金属条件下构建C-C,合成4?苯基?3?丁烯?2?酮,反应条件温和,选择性强。推测了反应机理,并通过各种表征手段对目标产物结构进行分析,确认目标产物结构。

Abstract:A synthetic method for forming α,β?unsaturated ketones through aldol condensation was studied. The formation of C-C bonds of 4?phehyl?3?buten?2?one was achieved under a metal?free condition in the presence of NaOH. The reaction conditions were mild and the selectivity was strong.The reaction mechanism was measured and the structure of the target product was analyzed by various characterization methods to confirm the structure of the target product.
