350MW燃煤锅炉燃烧过程和NOx排放的数值研究

摘    要:采用IPSA两相流动模型、煤粉燃烧综合模型以及后处理的NOx生成模型,对一台350MW锅炉煤粉燃烧过程和NOx排放进行了数值计算,得出了炉内燃烧器区域以及炉膛出口的烟气温度场和燃烧产物的组分浓度分布.炉膛出口处模拟结果与锅炉热态试验数据进行了比较,两者吻合情况较好.另外,重点分析了炉内煤粉燃烧过程和NOx排放沿燃烧器出口中心线和炉膛高度方向上的生成规律,得出了NOx的主要生成区域,并指出了降低NOx排放的控制技术.

Abstract:A pulverized coal combustion and NO_x emission process in a 350MW boiler was numerically calculated. The Inter-phase Slip Algorithm model was employed for two-phase flow simulation. The comprehensive pulverized coal combustion models and the post-process NO_x formation model were used to simulate combustion process. And then the temperature field and the distribution of combustion species' concentration in the combustion zone and the exit of furnace were gained. The comparison between the simulation and the hot test at furnace exit shows a good agreement. Furthermore, the pulverized coal combustion and NO_x emission process were particularly investigated along the axis of burner exit and the height of furnace. The results show the primary NO_x formation zones and point out control technologies of reducing NO_x emissions.
