| 摘 要： | 介绍了RTM工艺过程，给出了树脂流动过程控制方程，讨论了RTM工艺过程树脂渗流存在的主要问题，给出了“边缘效应”渗透率等价计算公式及二维各向同性、正交各向异性、各向异性增强纤维介质渗透率计算方法，概述了多层介质渗流问题。模拟多层介质渗流时 应注意各纤维层渗流速度不一致。

| Abstract: | Presents the characteristics of RTM and the governing equations of resin flow. The key issues of resin flow in resin transfer molding are discussed and the equivalent permeability in edge effects is put forward. The method on calculating the in plane permeabilities in isotropic, orthotropic and anisotropic fiber media is described. The resin flow in multilayer porous media is discussed briefly. |
