面向定制的产品可拓配置设计方法

提出一种基于可拓逻辑的产品配置设计方法．该方法从顾客定制要求出发,通过分析产品需求和功能的可拓集合,建立满足产品功能的可拓配置设计规则、约束条件、关联函数以及与之对应的产品结构模型,从而确定配置设计的核问题．建立可拓配置设计流程,通过设计变换实现个性化产品功能之间冲突的消解,输出初始设计方案．最后将该方法应用于电动工具个性化配置设计,应用实例表明：该设计方法不仅能快速满足定制设计的个性化要求,而且能为计算机参与解决配置设计矛盾问题提供一种可行的途径．

Custom-oriented product configuration design by extension theory

This paper puts forward a product configuration design model based on extension logic.The method tries to meet the custom demands of a customer.Through analyzing the extension set of product requirements and functions,the extension configuration design rules,constraints,dependent functions and corresponding product structure models that meet the product functions are built.So the kernel problems of configuration design are de- termined.The goal of our study is to build an extension configuration design procedure,eliminate the conflicts between individualized product functions by design transform,and output the initial design schemes.Finally, the model is applied in a configuration process of electrical drill.The resuh shows that this design method can quickly meet the individual requirements of custom design,and it can provide a way for computer to help to solve configuration design contradictory problems.
