人体生理图像与病理舌纹图像

摘    要:为了全面促进中医现代化,对中医舌诊中的内容-舌纹进行医学和计算机技术研究.对2044个健康人和1253个病人的舌像舌纹特征进行肉眼观察和统计学分析,使用计算机技术对舌纹特征进行定量描述和分析,得到区分生理舌纹图像(在健康人舌面上出现的舌纹图像)和病理舌纹图像(在病人舌面上出现的舌纹图像)的判别规则以及舌纹特征聚类中心.第一次在大样本空间内发现不同年龄段的健康人群都有舌纹存在,并发现通过舌纹自身特征可以区分生理和病理舌纹图像.结果表明:应用计算机的方法对生理和病理舌纹图像进行量化描述和分析进而建立健康人和病人之间舌纹客观化识别标准是可行的.

Abstract:To promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),medicine and computer technology were employed in tongueprints research in tongue diagnosis of TCM.The observation of 2044 healthy subjects and 1253 patients by naked eyes concerning tongueprint features and statistic analysis on them were conducted.Then the tongueprint features were computerized quantitatively.Diagnostic rules of distinguishing physiological tongueprint images(tongueprints appearing on the tongue surfaces of healthy people) from pathological tongueprint images(tongueprints appearing in the patients) and clustering centers of tongueprint features were obtained.It is indicated that there are an amount of tongueprint cases in various age stages of populations.Physiological and pathological tongueprint images can be differentiated from each other according to tongueprint features.Quantitative results show that it is feasible to establish an objective recognition criterion on tongueprints of healthy and unhealthy persons by computer technique.
