| 摘 要： | 介绍了热电转化器件工作原理及应用,详细论述了热电器件的关键部件——热电材料的研究进展,分析了目前热电制冷和发电器件的研究现状,有限元分析成为器件研究的重要途径;提出了热电器件研究中存在的问题,讨论了热电器件的发展思路.

| Abstract: | The work principles and applications of thermoelectric convert devices are introduced.As the key part of the devices,thermoelectric materials with different systems are addressed.The present research situation of thermoelectric convert devices is stated in detail,and the finite element analysis has become an important method to study the devices.The questions existing in cooler devices and generator are analyzed,and further development of thermoelectric convert devices are doscissed. |
