| Abstract: | In this Paper,an effective way is introduced in which an oxidnt, iodine (I_2), is used to preoxidize ISX into ISX_2 with a simple procedure, wastew ater containing copper ion was treated with different amounts of ISX_2 to evaluate its copper removal.This ISX_2 was compared with the ISX_2 synthesized with oxidant H_2O_2 in Cu~(2 ) capture. |
