| 摘 要： | 根据继电器接点收缩电阻伏安特性的非线性,当正弦电流通过接点后,产生三次谐波电压。测量该电压大小,可做为继电器接点可靠性筛选的依据。本文着重论述其原论及测量线路。

| Abstract: | The third harmonic voltage, that may be considered the basis of the reliability screening of relay contacts, is discussed in this paper. Due to the non-linear voltage, a current characteristic caused by the constriction resistance of the relay contact, the third harmonic voltage can be produced while a sinusoidal current passes through the contact. This paper emphasizes the discussion on the principles and the measurement circuits. |
