轮胎花纹沟噪声研究进展

摘    要:通过回顾30多年来汽车轮胎噪声研究的发展概况,对轮胎噪声机理、轮胎噪声参数研究方面进行了综述,明确了轮胎噪声的主要机理是花纹沟空气泵吸噪声和胎面振动噪声,归纳了不同情况下轮胎噪声的特征,阐述了诸因素对轮胎噪声的影响,并着重介绍了花纹噪声的建模及量化预测,给出了轮胎低噪声设计普遍性原则。

Abstract:As the requirement for control of noise level comes stringent and automobile speed gets higher, automobile tires have become one primary source of noise, which has attracted more and more attention from tire and automobile designers and engineers. The mechanisms and parameters of tire noise are summarized by reviewing the study on of tire noise over thirty years. It is clarified that air pumping and tread vibration are dominant tire noise sonrces. The characteristics of tire noise are summed up under different conditions. And various factors having effect on tire noise are discussed. The emphasis is put on introduction of models of tread pattern noise and quantitative prediction, and general principles are established for low noise designs.
