摘    要:应用铁碳内电解法对安普霉素生产废水进行毒性去除及污染物处理,在固定铁屑和活性炭的体积比为1∶1的条件下,考察了水力停留时间(HRT)和pH对处理效果的影响.在对原水不进行pH调节的条件下,HRT为1 h时,铁碳内电解工艺对安普霉素废水中的COD和安普霉素去除率均可达50%以上,对NH3-N的去除率可达70%以上,废水可生化系数从处理前的0.26提高到处理后的0.45.产甲烷活性试验表明,经铁碳内电解工艺处理的废水,毒性消除,可以采用厌氧生物技术和好氧生物技术对其作进一步的有效处理.

Abstract:Iron internal electrolysis technology was evaluated for the pretreatment and toxicity reduction of apramycin wastewater.The volume ratio of Fe and C was fixed to 1:1,and the effects of varying Hydraulic Retention Time(HRT) and pH value on pollutant removal efficiency were investigated under this condition.According to the experimental results,the optimum HRT was 1 hour,and the removal efficiencies of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD) and apramycin were nearly independent on pH value at optimum HRT.The removal rat...
