制药废活性炭再生及焦化废水深度处理试验研究

摘    要:针对制药厂产生的废弃活性炭,采取了烘干再生、水洗再生、酸溶液再生和碱溶液再生方法研究。利用再生后的活性炭对焦化废水进行了三级处理试验研究。研究结果表明,经过二级生物处理的焦化废水,CODcr为584mg/L,NH3-N为1146mg/L。废水经过水洗再生活性炭三级串联吸附处理后,CODcr降为53mg/L,NH3-N降为325mg/L。用再生的制药废活性炭深度处理焦化废水是一种非常有效的"以废治废"环保新技术。

Experimental study on regenerating used pharmaceutical activated carbon and advanced treating coke making wastewater

Abstract:In accordance with the used activated carbon produced in pharmaceutical plant, regeneration methods such as stoving regeneration, water washing regeneration, acid solution regeneration and alkaline solution regeneration were studied . The regenerated carbon was used to treat tertiary coke making wastewater in the experimental study. Results shows that it was effective for regenerated used activated carbon produced in pharmaceutical factory to treat coke making wastewater. For example, after secondary biological treatment of coke making wastewater, CODcr was 584mg/L, NH_3-N was 1146 mg/L. After the wastewater was treated with water washing regenerated activated carbon at tertiary series adsorption, CODcr reduced to 53mg/L, NH_3-N reduced to 325mg/L. It is an efficient new environmental protection technology with one waste treating another for regenerated used pharmaceutical activated carbon to treat coke making wastewater.
