牛奶中硫氰酸钠的检测方法研究

摘    要:牛奶中非法添加硫氰酸钠会对人体产生危害,但是目前的检测方法检出限偏高,探讨新的检测方法颇为重要。本文建立了牛奶中硫氰酸钠的高效液相色谱检测方法,先在样品中加入不同含量量的硫氰酸钠。样品经乙醇提取,然后过固相萃取柱,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(2 mmol/L)和柠檬酸(2 mmol/L)为流动相,用二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长218 nm,该方法线性范围为0.2~100 ug/mL,所加硫氰酸钠的回收率为95%以上。所以这种方法准确可靠,精密度高。

Abstract:The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was established for the detection of sodium thiocyanate(NaSCN) residues in milk samples.After the extraction by ethanol,NaSCN in the milk samples was determined by diode-array detector at a wavelength of 218 nm with the mobile phase containing 2 mmol/L of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) and 2 mmol/L of citric acid.The linear range of this detection is 0.4~100 ug/mL.The addition standard recovery is more than 95%.The method is accurate,reproducible,and suitable for quality control.
