步进电机控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:步进电机是将电脉冲信号转变为角位移或线位移的开环控制元件.本文基于FPGA和单片机设计出实用的四相步进电机控制与驱动系统,进行了硬件和软件设计.利用FPGA产生的PWM细分驱动信号,结合STC89C52,系统实现了步进电机的正反转控制及速度控制.进行了PWM驱动信号仿真,并完成了样机系统测试,仿真及测试效果好,系统具有功能完善、运行稳定等特点,具有推广价值.

Design and Implementation of the Control System of Stepping Motor

Abstract:Stepping motor is the open-loop control device changing the electrical pulse signal into angular displacement orlinear displacement.A set of four-phase stepping motor control and drive system based on FPGA and single-chip processor is introduced,and the hardware and software design is given in this paper.Using the PWM subdivision drive signals generated by FPGA,combined with STC89C52,the system realizes the functions of speed control and direction control of the stepping motors.The simulation of PWM control signals and the test of system are done.The results of simulation and experiment show that the system has comprehensive functions,steady operation,and preferable promoting value.
