| 摘 要： | 介绍了禽流感免疫胶体金诊断试纸及测试卡发明专利和禽流感压电免疫传感器检测仪专利.主要阐述了两项发明专利的基本原理和发明所涉及的内容.两种诊断方法都能检测患病动物血液、组织液和粪便中的AIV.禽流感免疫胶体金试纸条敏感性达10 ng/ml,用10 min时间可得出检测结果;禽流感压电生物传感器检测仪敏感性达20 ng/ml,30 min出检测结果.两种诊断方法都能用于禽流感患病动物的快速诊断.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the patents of immune colloid gold diagnostic paper and piezoelectric quartz immunosensor of Avian influenza and expatiates on the principle and content of the patents.AIV in the blood,tissue fluid and feces of sicken animals can be detected by the techniques.10ng/ml AIV in the sample can be detected with the diagnostic paper.The result is presented in 10 min,whereas the sensitivity of AI piezoelectric quartz immuosensor is 20ng/ml with a detective time of 30min.Two techniques can be used in rapid diagnosis of AIV. |
