摘    要:为实现产品全生命周期设计全系统、全过程、全性能优化的目的,提出在对生命周期内各环节影响因素分析的基础上,将设计从面向某一特定阶段或特定性能指标的平面式局部规划扩展到立体式整体规划.对立体式生命周期设计的涵义进行了阐释.基于详尽的需求分析和系统分析,以及对影响产品竞争力因素的综合评估,建立了产品立体式生命周期设计非线性多目标优化模型,给出了优化问题求解的方法,并以算例对所给出的模型和求解方法进行了说明.

Abstract:In order to achieve the objective of the optimization of the whole system, the whole process and the whole performance in the life circle design of the products, this paper puts forward to extend planar local planning designed for the performance index at a certain stage or the specific one to three-dimensional unitary planning in the design on the basis of the analysis on the influencing factors within the product life cycle.It also explains the meanings of three-dimensional product's life cycle design.Based on the exhaustive demand analysis and system analysis and the comprehensive evaluation of factors that influence the product's competitiveness, this paper establishes a non-linear multi-objective optimized model of three-dimensional life cycle design, presents methods for solving problems in optimization, and illustrates the solving methods with an example.
