| 摘 要： | 针对传统摩托车安全性设计以应力强度为基础,其设计结果往往不是最优的问题,将车架各杆件的直径、厚度及在实际工作中所受的载荷等作为不确定变量,进行可靠性优化设计。通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立摩托车车架的CAE分析模型,编制Matlab程序,调用ABAQUS计算模块,完成车架有限元分析,生成二次多项式序列响应面函数。利用改进的一次二阶矩法实现摩托车车架的可靠性优化设计。
