| 摘 要： | 向商业银行贷款来获取办学资金已成为当前高校融资的最主要途径。尽管目前我国的高校贷款没有出现明显矛盾，但并非不存在风险。以重庆市高校作为研究对象，对高校贷款的现状进行分析，并指出其中存在的问题，以此寻求防范和化解高校贷款风险的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Presently the main financing approach in colleges and universities is to get loans from Commercial Banks for school running. The risk exists though the contradiction in getting loans is not obvious in colleges and universities in China at present. Taking the colleges and universities in Chongqing city as examples, this paper analyses the status quo of loans in Colleges and Universities, and points out the existing problems so as to find the effective method to prevent and minimize the risks in getting loans in colleges and universities. |
