| 摘 要： | 高校物资采购存在制度不健全,运作不规范,采购人员的专业化水平不高等问题.要解决这些问题,可采取以下措施:完善规章制度,形成相互制约机制;加强采购环节管理,实施采购阳光工程;严格基础数据管理,逐步推进网络采购;强化采购人员培训,提高思想业务素质.
