| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种新的以单质碘催化亚胺和脂肪醛反应合成喹啉类化合物的方法,进一步可以扩展成一种从芳胺、芳醛和脂肪醛出发合成喹啉类化合物的方法.此合成方法具有反应温和,无金属作用,操作简便,试剂便宜,反应时间短等优点.

| Abstract: | A mild, efficient and general method for the synthesis of substituted quinolines via a molecular iodine - catalyzed one -pot domino reaction of imines with enolizable aldehydes has been described. The procedure offers several advantages including mild and metal - free reaction conditions, operational simplicity, inexpensive reagents and short reaction time. |
