| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种CuI催化邻卤芳酰胺类化合物和叔丁氧羰基肼发生芳基胺化反应后再环化合成1-氨基苯并咪唑类化合物的新方法,并对反应条件进行了优化,试验不同的酸、反应溶剂、反应温度对产物产率的影响.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new method for synthesis of 1 - amino benzimidazole compounds by CuI cata- lyzed. And reaction conditions were optimized including different acid, reaction solvent and reaction temperature. These factors have different effects on the yield. |
