| 摘 要： | 住房公积金制度是我国城镇住房制度改革的重要举措,对于保证职工住房消费的资金积累、提高职工购房支付能力都起到了重要作用.但在公积金发展中也暴露出了沉淀资金多、保值增值难等使用效率低问题.笔者将探讨问题产生的原因,对各利益主体博弈结果进行分析,找出解决沉淀公积金的动力机制.

| Abstract: | Housing accumulation fund system is China’s urban housing system reform,an important measure to guarantee workers housing consumption capital accumulation, increase the buyers ability to pay houses, it plays an important role.However,the development fund is also exposed in the precipitation of funds,and preserve and increase the value,such as inefficient use of hard problems,this article explores the causes and interests of the main game of the results, it analyzs to find a solution-precipitation mechanism for the provident fund of the driving force. |
