| 摘 要： | 加快建立健全以廉租房制度为重点、多渠道解决城镇低收入家庭住房困难的保障体系是住房制度改革的一项重要内容。然而,我国廉租房制度还存在着许多问题。从我国廉租房制度保障实践与效果出发,分析了我国廉租房制度建设的困境和制约因素,在此基础上,提出了加快发展我国廉租房制度建设的对策。

| Abstract: | Housing security with focus on low-rent housing system for the urban low-income families has been an important part of China s housing system reform.However,there are still many problems with the low-rent housing system.This paper probes into the real effect of China s low-rent housing system,analyzes the difficulties and constraints of low-rent housing system construction,and proposes means to speed up China＇s low-rent housing system. |
