温度传感器在汽车气体检测中的应用与故障分析

汽车发动机进气、排气、尾气的温度,反应了发动机运行状态,是发动机运行正常与否的重要参数。文章从热电偶式温度传感器原理和性能出发,探讨热电偶式温度传感器在汽车检测中的应用,研究了控制发动机的热状态、利用进气温度和排气温度进行计算进气量,排气量及排气净化的处理;利用汽车电子控制系统,使发动机运行在最佳的工作状况下。

Application of Temperature Sensor in Car Gas Detection and Its Failure Analysis

Automobile air intake, exhaust, and tail gas temperature reflects running states of engine, which are the important parameters of engine running normal or not. From the principle and performance of the thermocouple temperature sensor, this paper discusses applications of the thermocouple temperature sensor in the vehicle detection. This paper studies control of engine thermal state, using air intake temperature and exhaust temperature to calculate gas flow, displacement and exhaust purification treatment;it makes an analysis of detection methods of the cooling water temperature and the impact on engine performance; discusses temperature sensor application of the automotive air conditioning system, and the vehicle electronic control system that allows the engine to run in the best working conditions.
