| 摘 要： | 高校是培养和造就具有全面素质的新型人才的主要基地，是社会精英的摇篮。高校实施和强化人素质教育，对于适应新时期人才的需求、促进科技和社会的发展都具有重要意义。本分析了高校人素质走低的表现、原因，探讨了高校人素质教育的对策。

| Abstract: | University trains and brings up the main base with new-type talent of overall quality,which is the social elite's cradle. The university implements and strengthens humane quality-oriented education,has the signification for meeting the new period talent's demand,and brings about an advance in science,technology and the society.It analysed behavior, reason that the humane quality of the university drops, and probed into the countermeasure of the humane quality-oriented education of university. |
