An Analysis on the Implementation and Effectiveness of the New Tourism Law

Tourists are the permanent themes in the tourism market, so, whether the rights and benefits tourists could be fully protected has laid a solid prerequisite in the process of tourism development. Meanwhile, Legislation is carried out to protect the interests of tourists and tourism operators and regulate the tourism market order and thus promote the healthy and stable development of tourism, which is a firm guarantee for all tourists, travel agencies and national departments.
