有机调湿材料的探索研究

摘    要:以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺为原料制备各自均聚物及其共聚物,并通过添加人造沸石和高岭土,对其共聚物进行改性,测试人造沸石、高岭土、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物、人造沸石交联丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物、高岭土交联丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物的吸放湿性能。结果表明:无机调湿材料吸放湿速度快,但湿容量小;有机调湿材料吸放湿速度中等或较慢,但湿容量大。而通过无机与有机调湿材料的交联反应,可以得到吸放湿速度快且湿容量大的调湿材料.

Abstract:Acrylic acid and acryamide were used as raw materials to prepare their homopolymer and copolymer,through artificial zeolite and kaolin modified the copolymer.The moisture absorption and desorption characteristic of artificial zeolite,kaolin,PAA,PAM,AA-AM,AA-AM-artificial zeolite,AA-AM-kaolin were tested,and results showed that inorganic humidity controlling materials had a high absorbing and releasing moisture speed,but little moisture capacity.Organic humidity controlling material had great moisture capacity,but a low absorbing and releasing moisture speed.And through the cross-linking reaction of inorganic and organic materials could obtain the humidity controlling materials with large moisture capacity and high absorbing and releasing moisture speed.
