| 摘 要： | 旋流型立筒预热器是我国新引进的一种立筒预热器。本文用冷态实验的方法对该立筒预热器进行了系统研究，并根据该立筒的特点，专门研制了两种装置──窑尾物料循环装置和多层伞状撒料锥。从冷态实验结果来看，其效果很好，达到了预想的目的。建议在实际设计和生产中采用安装这两种新型装置的旋流型立筒预热器。

| Abstract: | The swirl shaft preheaters are recently used in the Chinese mediumsize cement plants. The preheater is thoroughly studied with the method of cold--state experiments in this paper- Based on the characteristics of the preheater, two special devices,araw meal recirculalion device and a split parachute raw meal distribution device, are developed. According to the cold--state experiments, effects of the two devices are very profitable. It is suggested that the swirl shaft preheater with the two type of devices be used inactual design and production. |
