| 摘 要： | 根据卧辊磨机的结构和工作原理 ,建立了压辊的振动模型 ,并进行了振动分析。提出了一种以机构和油缸共同抑止压辊摆振的方案 ,通过现场实验测试和分析 ,证明了这种抗扭结构的可行性。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis of the configuration and work principle of the Holirontel-Roller-Mill(the horomill),the vibration model of the roller is formed,and the vibration analysis of the roller is included. A blue print is advanced,which is used to restrain swing and vibration of the roller formed by machine and oil cylinder together. Its feasibility is the measurement and analysis of field test. |
